Return and Exchange Policy
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for regular orders! Please review the following details to ensure a smooth process:
Returns
- Contact us via email within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
- Ship your returned items back to us within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
Exemptions

Return Process
To complete your return:

- You will need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once approved, follow the instructions to ship the item back to us.
Items that cannot be returned include:
- Items that are not in their original condition.
- Items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@quierojune.com.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate by mail.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund (in exceptional cases), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
International Orders
If you are purchasing from outside the United States, please note that import fees may apply at customs in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Additionally, we are not responsible for any shipments that are detained at customs due to protectionist policies or other issues in your country.
